- 4 slices sourdough bread cut into 1cm cubes
- 500g broccoli trimmed cut into florets
- 2 celery stalks thinly sliced diagonally
- 1 bunch silverbeet trimmed leaves torn
- 2 teaspoons lemon rind finely grated
